Privacy Policy
Robin Labs, Inc. operates Dodo Studio, a workspace for creating projects with AI-assisted tools. This policy describes the information processed when you use Dodo.
Information we process
- Account and sign-in information, such as identifiers, email address, and name and profile picture when shared by a provider. Available sign-in methods may include Google, email and password, or Cuenta Robin.
- Content you provide or create, such as prompts, conversations, files, projects, and their versions; some features depend on the available configuration.
- Technical and usage information needed to operate and protect the service, such as session identifiers, run events, and error logs.
Pocket Island
You can play Pocket Island without an account. The game is hosted on Cloudflare and saves your island in browser local storage when available. Clearing browser data may delete your progress; it does not sync between devices. When the game loads, Cloudflare receives technical information needed to serve it and protect its infrastructure.
Sign in
Dodo uses identity information from the available sign-in method you choose to sign you in, maintain your account, and associate it with your projects. Supabase manages authentication and stores account information; Dodo may store the name and profile-picture URL it receives from Google. Dodo does not receive your Google or Cuenta Robin password.
Use and service providers
We use information to provide the service, save projects, respond to requests, maintain security, and troubleshoot. We use Supabase for identity and data; Vercel to host and run the service; and Cloudflare for storage and other infrastructure services. When you use AI tools, prompts and necessary context may be sent to providers processing those requests through Vercel AI Gateway, currently Morph with DeepSeek. If you use voice or connect Canva, the information needed for those features is shared with ElevenLabs or Canva, respectively.
Some features let you publish or share content. Do not include personal information you do not want to make public in shared content.
Minimum age
Dodo accounts and creation features are intended for adults aged 18 or older. People under 18 must not create accounts or use another person’s account. They may play Pocket Island as guests under adult supervision.
Parents or guardians may email hola@robinacademy.com to request information, review or request deletion of a child’s data, or request that its collection or use stop. We may request information to verify identity and the relationship to the child before handling a request.
Payments, consent and retention
Stripe processes the subscription. Dodo retains customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, consent declaration and review decision; it does not receive full card numbers or CVC. Active data is retained while providing the service. You can withdraw consent and request account deletion in the privacy center. Your request immediately blocks project access and remains tracked until files, in-flight operations and external copies are verified. Your identity is retained during this process to allow tracking and deleted on completion. A minimal receipt without name, email or content is retained for 90 days; providers may retain financial records required by applicable law.
