Terms of Service

These terms describe use of Dodo Studio, operated by Robin Labs, Inc. By using the service, you agree to these terms and applicable laws.

Using Dodo

Dodo lets you create projects with AI assistance. Features may change, be unavailable, or require third-party services. You must be at least 18 to create an account or use Dodo’s creation features; do not allow minors to use your account.

Pocket Island can be played without an account; children may play under adult supervision. Progress is saved in the browser when storage is available and may be lost if its data is cleared.

Plan, allowance and cancellation

Dodo offers a Free plan without a subscription to visit Home, open templates and create projects, subject to usage limits. The Basic plan is optional, costs US$25 per year and automatically renews yearly until canceled. It includes limited monthly Energy to create with AI; consumption depends on the request and resources used. Energy resets on the plan’s UTC signup day and time, using the last day of shorter months; unused Energy does not roll over. AI pauses when the available Energy cannot cover another request. In-progress requests may hold Energy until accounted for. There are no add-on packs or automatic overage charges. Paid voice is not included yet. Cancel future renewals in Billing; the paid period remains available except for security suspension or deletion requests. Contact hola@robinacademy.com for refund requests; applicable statutory rights are preserved.

Your account and content

You are responsible for use of your account and for having the rights and permissions needed for content you provide. You retain your rights in that content. You allow Dodo to process it and send it to service providers as needed to provide the features you request.

Responsible use and AI output

Do not use Dodo for illegal activity, to harm others, infringe others’ rights, or interfere with service security. AI output can be incorrect or inappropriate; review it before using or sharing it. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information.

Third-party services and availability

Connected services may have their own terms and policies. Dodo may change, suspend, or discontinue features. The service is provided as available, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.
